Direct hire, defined

The professional becomes your employee.

In direct-hire recruiting, Freedom Clinical Solutions is the recruiter — never the employer. There is no hourly bill rate and no ongoing staffing arrangement. Following a successful placement, we receive the agreed recruitment fee under the terms of the client agreement.

Employer FAQ

Common questions from hiring teams.

What is direct-hire recruiting?
Direct-hire recruiting means we identify, recruit, and screen qualified professionals whom your organization then employs directly. The professional becomes your employee, on your payroll, under your terms of employment. Freedom Clinical Solutions is the recruiter, not the employer.
How is direct hire different from temporary staffing?
In a temporary staffing arrangement, the professional typically remains employed by the staffing agency and is billed to you hourly for as long as the assignment lasts. In direct hire, the professional is hired permanently by your organization and there is no ongoing staffing relationship. We specialize in direct hire.
What types of healthcare positions do you recruit?
Clinical, administrative, operational, research, and leadership roles across physician and advanced practice, nursing, allied health, behavioral health, clinical research, and healthcare administration. This list is not exhaustive — if the role sits inside a healthcare organization, tell us what you need.
How does your recruitment process work?
We start with an intake conversation about the position and your organization, then source and engage candidates, conduct preliminary screening, and present qualified candidates for your interview process. You make the hiring decision.
When is a recruitment fee due?
A recruitment fee is earned following a successful placement, with specific terms defined in the written client agreement. [Placeholder: insert the company's fee structure, invoicing timeline, and any guarantee terms after legal and business review.]
Can you recruit for multiple positions at once?
Yes. We support organizations hiring for a single critical role as well as those filling several openings across departments or locations. Multi-opening searches are scoped during intake.
Can you recruit for difficult-to-fill healthcare roles?
Hard-to-fill roles are exactly where recruiting matters most, because the qualified professional you need is often already employed and not reviewing job boards. We approach these searches through targeted outreach rather than advertising alone. Outcomes depend on market conditions, compensation, location, and role requirements.
Do you work with organizations outside your local market?
